Cancellation Policy

• When you book a session, that hour is reserved for you. To respect our preparation time and manage waitlist, we request sufficient notice for changes.

• More than 24 hours' notice incurs no fee.

• Less than 24 hours or a no-show results a 100% cancellation fee.

​

• Note that Medicare, Workcover, DVA, CTP, and private health funds do not cover these fees.
