Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing EMDR

EMDR is a highly effective, structured therapy that helps individuals process and heal from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and distressing memories. By utilizing rhythmic bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements or light taps) while briefly focusing on a difficult memory, EMDR helps your brain re-file those experiences so they lose their painful emotional charge. It doesn't make you forget what happened; instead, it removes the "fight-or-flight" sting, helping you feel grounded and secure in the present.
